UI for enlarged PDF page doesn't work

When PDF file is uploaded to D&M and it's generated for view, after clicking on magnifier button, selected page is enlarged. Enlarged page has UI for resizing window and switching pages, but both doesn't work.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to D&M of any Site
2. Upload PDF via basic document
3. Wait until preview is rendered
4. Select page in preview
5. Click on magnifier button

Actual result: UI components doesn't work (see attached gif)
Expected: UI works correctly

Tested & failed:
Server: Liferay master GIT id: 82d5f0c7f86cf643ac63b509f9e72e1f9c9a48f9, MySQL 5.6, Tomcat 9.0.8, Liferay 7.0.5 GA6
Client: Firefox 60, Chrome 67 (Linux 64bit)

Priority: S2 + L3 = 3
