"Categories" navigation tab in Message Boards widget should be renamed to "Content"

Steps to reproduce:

1. Add a message boards widget to a site page
2. Add a category
3. Add a thread

Expected result:
The first nav tab in the Message Boards widget should be called "Content" (or some variant of this) because:

1. This would be more consistent with the new change made in the site admin nav tab to "Content"
2. It is redundant to have a container titled "Categories" under the navtab "Categories"
3. It doesn't make sense to have a container titled "Threads" under the navtab "Categories"

Actual result:
The first nav tab in the Message Boards widget is called "Categories"
