When removing Like, star rating count is not decreased accordingly.

Description:
1. Drop a Blogs portlet and a Recent Bloggers portlet on the same page.
2. Add one blog in Blogs portlet, and then liked the blog. Refresh the current page, go to Recent Bloggers the star get increased  (i.e. Post:1 and Star:1)
3. Remove Like from the blog, refresh the page, the star in Recent Bloggers remains same. (i.e star:1)

Expected Results: Removing Like, star rating should decrease in Recent Bloggers.

Actual Results: Removing Like, star rating count is not decreased accordingly.

The issue can be reproduced on master (ac9f4a4a41a69669b1ee6594e74abbdcc7f4a1c0).
