Nothing happens with the management bar in Blogs images when you select a checkbox

Steps to reproduce:

1. Add blog entry with images
2. Go to blogs > images
3. Select image

Expected result: User can see management bar change to display delete button
Actual result: The management bar does not change and there is no option to delete

Reproduced on:
Tomcat 9.0.6 + MySQL 5.7
