DDMStructure Missing References when importing a Web Content from a Site that Structure is from his parent Site

After export a LAR file from a site with Web Contents which Structures belongs to a parent Site, and trying to reproduce same hierarchy of sites exporting and importing parent site, import process is not able to find those Structures.

Steps to reproduce easier in master/7.0.x:

1. Create a parent site.
2. Create a son site (from site created in last step).
3. Create an Structure in parent site.
4. Create a Web Content in son site with Structure created in parent site.
5. Export parent Site from Site Menu > Publishing > Export. Download the LAR file.
6. Export son Site from Site Menu > Publishing > Export. Download the LAR file.
7. Remove parent and son sites from Control Panel > Sites.
8. Create new parent site.
9. Create new son site (from site created in last step).
10. Import parent LAR file in parent site.
11. Try to import son LAR file in son site.

Expected Behavior:
LAR file is imported successfully.
Current behavior:
An error message is showed with missing references (missing-references-error.png).
