Remote staging on Global site does not publish DM content when using "From last publish date"

Steps to reproduce:

1. Enable Remote Staging on Global site (remember, that you can only stage Global site with another Global site)
2. Create DM Basic Document
3. Publish to Live using "From Last Publish Date"

Expected behavior:

Content is published and displays in Live

Actual behavior:

Content is not published and it does not display in Live.

Priority : S4 + L3 = 4

CentOS, MySQL 5.7, Tomcat 9, Google Chrome 66.0.3359.181
