When the User makes a comment on blog entry the page jumps to the bottom

Steps to reproduce:

1. Add a blog entry to the Widget Page
2. Create new blog entry
3. Click on comments and write down a comment

Actual result: 
The page jumps to the bottom when the user add a comment.

Expect result: 
When the user makes a comment, the page should not jump to the bottom. The page should display the comment without any jumps.
