Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login as Admin
2. Switch on Local Staging
3. Go to Site Admin > Publishing > Publish > Publish Templates
4. Search for anything in the search bar

Expect Result
User stays at the Publish Templates page with searching result.

Actually Result
User is redirect to Publish Processes page.
