On Chrome, title field is not cleared after successfully uploading to Media Gallery

Steps to reproduce:

1. Add the Media Gallery widget to a page
2. Upload a new image > Publish

Expected result:
Firefox and Microsoft Edge - After publishing successfully, the user is redirected to the site page which shows the Media Gallery Library

Actual result:
Chrome - After publishing successfully, the user remains on upload view and the Title field is not cleared.
