RSS and Share buttons are not transparent

Steps to reproduce:

1. Add blogs widget
2. Click Look & Feel (within widget actions)
3. Select Barebone or Borderless (application decorator dropdown)

Expected result: The share button, as well as the RSS button on top as specified in LPS-81756
Actual result: Social bookmark icons are transparent. but the share icon is not. The RSS button is also not transparent. If you change the display option of the social bookmarks from inline to menu, the share button is still not transparent and has a white background
