Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to Control Panel > Workflow
2. View Tabs
3. Go to Single Approver workflow > Edit
4. Click kebab for settings menu
5. View dropdown

Expected Result:
Correct lang keys for "Monitoring" tab and "Duplicate" option

Actual Result:
Lowercase names shown (lang key) and makes the UI look inconsistent.
