Steps to reproduce:

1. Local staging is enabled
2. At least one file entry is uploaded
3. Export and uncheck Preview and Thumbnails

Expected behavior:

When importing, Preview and Thumbnails are not available

Actual behavior:

When importing, Preview and Thumbnails are available and checked by default

Priority: S2 + L2 = 2

Reproducible:
CentOS, MySQL 5.7, Tomcat 9, Google Chrome 66.0.3359.181
