After editing a rule, an empty field is show at the end of the first rule line

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to Content > Forms
2. Add a new form with label "Name"
3. Add a "Text" field with label "Surname"
4. Click Rule tab
5. Add a new rule
   1. If "Name" is not empty
   2. Show "Surname"
6. Save the rule
7. Edit the rule

Expected Result:
Only the rule field that was saved should be shown

Actual Result:
An empty field is show at the end of the first rule line
