Referenced content which is selected by default is not displayed on the modal at export and publish templates

To reproduce:
1. navigate to Publishing > Export
2. navigate to Export Template
3. create new export template
4. in the content section click on Blogs
Entries, Referenced Content is displayed beneath
5. click on Change link

Actual result:
Entries is displayed only

Expected:
Entries and Referenced Content to be displayed

Clicking on Entries checkbox, Referenced Content is displayed.

Please note that:

• the same applies for Wiki, Calendar > Calendar Notification Templates, Knowledge Base > Knowledge Base Comments, Forms > Dynamic Data Mapping Data Provider, Form Entries, Polls > Votes
• both export template and publish template is affected

Tested on master 78f4982
