Language portlet doesn't work on IE11

Steps to reproduce:

1. Startup the 7.0 DXP GA1+ liferay-fix-pack-de-50-7010-build1.zip.
2. Login in as Admin on IE11.
3. Add the language portlet to the page.
4. Try to change the language.

Expected Result:

Language changed.

Acutal Result:

Clicking language icon has no response.

Note:
It works on Chrome, Firefox.
