After upgrade, Decimal and Integer fields act as if they were merged when used in a Strucutre

Steps to reproduce:

1. local staging is enabled
2. There is a content structure with template for the site
3. structure contains date, decimal, integer, radionumber, html, text, textfield/textbox
4. create web content based off site structure
5. publish to live
6. Upgrade Portal

Expected behavior:

Every field should be displayed separately on a new line

Actual behavior:

Decimal and Integer fields show at the same line, even without a space
