After upgrade, WC does not show boolean field, after changing WC's strucutre.

Steps to reproduce:

1. local staging is enabled
2. structure exists with a mandatory documents and media field
3. web content is created based off of the structure
4. web content is published to live
5. an other structure exists with a mandatory boolean and a required date field
6. publish to live
7. Upgrade Portal
8. modify web content, change structure, choose the second structure
9. Publish to live

Expected behavior:

WC is changed based on the strucutre, published and displayed correctly

Actual behavior:

WC is changed based on the strucutre, published, but it does not display boolean fiedl neither in Staging, nor on Live
