Can't publish WC with Link to page field on Remote staging

This issue is linked with this issue, seems the same root cause: LPS-82759

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create Remote Staging on 6.2 ee
2. Create a Structure with Link to Page field and add link to your page
3. Publish to Remote Live
4. Upgrade both Remote and Staging to dxp 7.1 b3
5. Open Staging portal
6. Add Remote to allowed hosts and restart Liferay ( needed because of LPS-82755 )
7. Go to Web Content Management
8. Click on Publish to live in action menu of your Web content

Expected results: Content is published to live

Actual results: Error, see the image bellow.
