Folder with content can't be downloaded after upgrade from 6.2 to 7.1

Note: This issue is working on both Local and Remote staging. If user tries to download folder without content, folder is downloaded.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create Staging on 6.2 EE
2. Create a Folder, inside create some File entries
3. Publish to Live
4. Upgrade to DXP 7.1 B3
5. Open Staging or Live portal
6. (Only if Remote Staging) Add Remote to allowed hosts and restart Liferay ( needed because of LPS-82755 )
7. Go to Documents and Media and try to download the Folder.

Expected results: Folder is downloaded as .zip file.

Actual results: White screen appears and nothing is downloaded.
