After upgrade, DM does not show fields, that are added to Doctype after it

Steps to reproduce:

1. Local staging is enabled
2. MDSet is created with a field
3. Child MDSet is created with a field
4. Create a Doctype with child MDSet
5. Create a DM entry with Doctype
6. Publish to live
7. Upgrade instance to 7.1
8. Edit child MDSet / parent MDSet, add new field
9. Publish to live

Expected behavior:

DM should contain the new field aswell

Actual behavior:

DM does not contain any new field
