Workflow Assignment dialog should not be grey color

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Configure workflow and submit an asset
2. Go to My Workflow Tasks > Assigned to My Roles
3. Click "Assign to Me" or "Assign to..."
4. View modal

Expected Result:
Modal color should be white.

Actual Result:
Modal color is grey, like it is disabled. Does not match other modals in Workflow Tasks.
