To reproduce:
1. enable remote staging for a site
2. add a DM entry
3. add a DM portlet to the page
4. click on the name of the DM entry

Actual result:
Ratings are not disabled for the entry

Expected:
Ratings to be disabled.

Tested on master 1b9ae20 and on 7.1.x f179212
