Error is thrown in console when accessing Server Administrator in IE11

Description:
The same resourceURL send twice in IE11 when load totalMemoryChart and maxMemoryChart pic.

Step to reproduce:

1. Start master
2. login with IE11
3. go to [Control Panel] > [Configuration] > [Server Administration]
4. check logs

Expected Result:
There is no error.

Actual Result:
Error "Caused by: javax.imageio.IIOException: I/O error writing PNG file!" is output in console. Please refer to the error.log.
