Replacing an old video with a new one results in the old one coming back upon publishing

      Description

      Trying to replace a music video with an instructional video within web content, Angela Bennett runs into the bug of all bugs. The old video returns!

      Steps
      1) Create a basic web content, insert the video from URL 1 using the plus icon
      2) Publish and assert the music video plays
      3) Edit that content again
      4) Delete the video (blank space below video, backspace backspace)
      5) Using plus icon insert the URL 2 video
      6) Assert a thumbnail for the clip from the movie "The Net" appears
      7) Publish the content, Sylvan Esso is Back, A.Bennet was deleted
