Background
When creating a web content, it is possible to specify a Review Date, which sends a notification (GUI and email) when that date/time is reached.

Description
GUI Notification displays with a misleading message.

Steps to reproduce

1. Start Liferay and login as [email protected]
2. Navigate to Control Panel > Configration > System Setting
3. Search "Web Content" and select "Web Content" from the result
4. To send mail at short intervals, set "Check interval" small
5. Navigate to Liferay DXP > Contnts > Web Content
6. Add a basic web content
7. Input review date/time on Scheduler tab
8. Publish the web content
9. Wait for review mail to be sent
10. Go to My Notifications

Actual result
GUI notification shows as "Notification no longer applies"
Email has proper content (defined in the review template)

Expected result
GUI notification should display the purpose of the notification
