When "Selecting All" Then Select All Items in Pagination And Not Just The Items That Are Currently In Pagination View

This is a portal wide issue.

Say you have a list of 20 items on the screen, but paging goes into 50 pages of items.  When using the "Select All" feature, it will only select 20. This is misleading as all items are not selected.

Make it so that all items in the pagination set are selected and not just the 5,10,20,75 items that are currently on the screen.
