Steps to reproduce

1. Place Wiki portlet onto Welcome page
2. In the placed Wiki portlet, click on Details
3. Click on History tab
4. Switch your display language to Japanese (e.g. append "/ja" into the url as an easy way)

Actual results
"Activities" is translated as "アクティブティ"

Expected results
"Activities" is translated as "アクティビティ".
