Summary
Trash icon tooltip remains untranslated in Dynamic Data List, showing delete instead of 削除.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Product Menu > Liferay DXP Site > Content > Dynamic Data Lists
2. Create a new List, and give it a title, select an OOTB Data Definition like Contacts
3. Click on the newly created list and add an entry with any data, then save
4. Change localization to Japanese (i.e. /ja/ after hostname:port)
5. Click on the checkbox next to the created entry
6. Mouse over the trash icon

Actual results
Trash icon tooltip remains untranslated in Dynamic Data List, showing delete instead of 削除.

Expected Behavior
Trash icon shows 削除.
