Icons are not displayed correctly when click Add or Link button in IE11 in Fjord Theme

Steps to reproduce:

1. Start Liferay
2. Create Site based on Fjord Site template
3. Go to Home page
4. Click the pencil icon to enter "Edit" mode
5. Edit title or button in Actions, Devices, Items, Publications, Download, Device, Features or Offerings.

Actual result: Title or buttons icons are not displayed correctly.

Expected: Displays the correct icon.
