Localization
Description
Summary
Audit's search functionality does not find keywords in the user localization. For example, if we search for the Resource Name "User" in Japanese (i.e. ユーザー) no results are found. If we search for it in the case sensitive "User" in English, results are found.
Steps to Reproduce
- Start a clean bundle, and set Japanese as the instance language from the start
- After registering the [email protected] user, change user's display language to English (append /en/ after hostname:port)
- Go to Product Menu > Control Panel > Configuration > Audit
- Change user's display language to Japanese (append /ja/ after hostname:port)
- Search for ユーザー
- Assert that you see no results
- Search for User
- Assert that you see results for User
Actual Results
Search bar in Audit does not take account of the user's localization, especially since the instance language is in the user's localization
audit-search-ja.mp4
Expected Behavior
Search bar in Audit takes account of the user's localization
