Summary
Sync Connector Admin's Devices tab's Ascending and Descending icons are not consistent with the rest of Control Panel

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to Control Panel -> Configuration -> Sync Connector Admin -> Devices
2. Observe the Ascending / Descending arrows

Actual Behavior
The sort order toggle button is 2 buttons in this page, same as 7.0, not consistent with 7.1 design.

Expected Behavior
Single-icon sort order toggle button should be in use as with the rest of 7.1's Control Panel. Sample photo displays Web Content management's usage.
