Description:
Child page show duplicates when creating more than initial child pages on a site. Attached screen recording of the behavior.

Steps to Reproduce (7.0.x):
1. Set layout.manage.pages.inital.children=3
2. Start up DXP
3. Create 4 site pages
4. Create 4 child pages under the 4th site page and make sure to be in one of the child pages created
5. Click "Load more results" to see all of the child pages

Expected Behavior: All child pages are displayed
Actual Behavior: Not all child pages are displayed while being duplicate child pages displayed.
