Summary
OAuth Admin needs to comply with Lexicon design specifications. In its current state, it is inconsistent with the rest of Control Panel.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Product Menu > Control Panel > Configuration > OAuth Admin
2. Observe the styling of this Control Panel window

Actual Results
Lexicon design specifications are not used, leaving the panel inconsistent with the rest of Control Panel's design.

Expected Behavior
OAuth Admin's design is consistent with the rest of Control Panel.
