Summary
Selection controls are not available for a drag-dropped Documents and Media upload until refreshing the browser

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to Product Menu > Liferay DXP (Site) > Content > Documents and Media
2. Drag a file from your local environment to the Documents and Media window to upload a file
3. Assert that document is uploaded

Actual Results
Document does not have selection (checkbox) option until you refresh the browser.

Expected Behavior
Document has selection (checkbox) option as soon as it's uploaded.
