Permit the ability to localize Web Content Folder Titles.
Current Situation
LPS-84456 - Won't Fix, as it is intended functionality--folder names are static and not localizable.
Reason to Implement this functionality
- Since the Web Content assets are localizable, it only makes logical sense that the parent folders (the localizable asset's containers) are localized as well.
- Not being able to localize folder titles negatively impacts user experience. Since the folder can only be titled in one language, even if there's localized content contained in that folder, the folder name might not be understood. This prevents users from having a seamless experience in their requested language.
- Not having localized folder titles may potentially limit business needs. As Liferay permits localization, not having full localizability would become a blocker for Liferay's adoption from organizations that are multilingual or span across multiple nations.
