Steps to reproduce:
- Go to Control Panel > Users > Users and Organizations > General > Information > User form
- Fill one input (for example: middle name)
- Change to other item in the vertical navigation (for example: memberships)
- Go back to the information user form (and the input is not filled).

There should be a confirmation menu to inform the users that they are going to lose the information changed if they don't click the save button. And if they want to continue.
There is not any information that inform the user that is going to lose the information filled.
