Pagination for Blogs on Mobile do not align appropriately

Description:

When looking at the Blogs pagination on a page on Mobile, the Next and Previous buttons do not align appropriately.

Steps to Reproduce:

1) Add the Blogs portlet to a page
2) Create enough blogs for the pagination to show at the bottom of the portlet
3) Click the Simulation tool in the top right-hand corner
4) Switch to Tablet or Mobile view

Expected Result: Next and Previous buttons are aligned
Actual Result: Next and Previous buttons are not aligned
