Cursor location not proper when login from cell phone

Steps to reproduce:

1. Start Liferay DXP
2. Login the portal by iPhone

Expect Result:
The cursor location is right when login by phone

Actually Result:
The cursor location is wrong

NOTE Tried on Android 8.1, don't have the issue. tried on iOS 11.1.1 run into the issue.
