Asset Publisher configuration is not correct after upgrade from 6.2 to DXP.

For example, the 'delta' parameter is not found among the portletPreferences and the default value is set.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Start a 6.2 server.
2. Add an Asset Publisher to a page.
3. Go to Asset Publisher -> Configuration -> Setup -> Display Settings and change "Number of Items to Display" to 5 and save.
4. Stop the 6.2 server.
5. Launch the upgrade.
6. Start the DXP server.
7. Check the value of "Number of Items to Display"  through the upgraded Asset Publisher's Display Settings.

Expected result : it has the same value as in 6.2 (5).

Current result : it has the default value (20).
