Affects Version/s: 7.1.X, Master
Attempting to save a form that has no text entered in a required field will result in a loss of data in other fields that have already been saved.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Content > Forms > Create a new form
2. Create 2 pages, each with a Title, Description and Paragraph Field that displays text in the description
3. Save the form
4. Add 2 more Paragraph Fields to the first page of the form.
5. For the 2nd Paragraph Field, do not fill in Body Text (required)
6. Click Save Form
Expected: Receive an error asking you to correct that input
Actual: Receive an error asking you to correct that input but the text is now missing from all the input fields. (The Titles of the pages are now all Untitled, the text in the descriptions of the page and Paragraph Fields are blank.)
