Acceptance Criteria

• If there are no segments, the experiences selector is shown, but the Add Experience button is not displayed
• If there are segments, the experiences selector is shown and the Add Experience button is displayed
• When clicking the Add Experience button, a modal window is opened with the name input and the audience selector containing the available segments
• If a title is not entered and you click save, the error "An experience name is required" shows.
• When a experience is created, it shows in the experience list in the experience selector.
