unable to sort notifications on mobile device

Description:
When using Liferay on a mobile device you do not have the ability to sort notifications by date due to the ascending and descending arrows missing from the UI.

Steps to reproduce:
1. add notifications for your user (ie, subscribe to a blog and then update it or set up single approver workflow for a blog and then create a blog for review)
2. access Liferay on mobile safari
3. navigate to user > notifications
4. select down arrow by all

expected behavior:
ascending and descending arrows would display as they do on the computer, to allow sorting by date for notifications

actual behavior:
The arrows do not exist, and therefore notifications cannot be sorted by date
