Forms With Page Jumps Cannot Have Required Fields

      Description

      Description: When a form includes a page jump, the required fields allow the user to go to the next page without filling in the required fields.

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Create a new Form from Content > Forms
      2. On the first page, add a Radio Button, Single Select that toggles between Yes and No
      3. On the second page, add a single required field, such as a text field
      4. On the third page, add another text field
      5. Create a rule that if No is selected on the radio button, then jump to the third page
      6. Publish the form
      7. Test the form, selecting No for the radio button (should work fine)
      8. Test the form, selecting Yes for the radio button

      Expected Behavior: You should be taken to page 2 that has the single required field
      Actual Behavior: You are taken to page 2 but the field is not required and you can bypass it by clicking Next
