Steps to reproduce:
1, Go to System Settings -> SSO -> Token Based SSO
2, Enable SSO
3, Set Token Location to Request
4, Set Logout Redirect URL to https://www.google.com
5, Save
6, Logout
7, Go to http://localhost:8080/[email protected] in an incognito browser
8, Verify you are authenticated
9, Sign out

Expected result: User is redirected to https://www.google.com
Actual result: No redirection
