[SLA] Set up SLAs metrics for processes based on different conditions

      Description

      As a process owner, I want to define SLA metrics for processes based on different conditions.

      Acceptance Criteria

      • When there are no SLAs defined, the table should display the specific state;
      • A process can have one or more SLAs;
      • An SLA will have a name (required), a description (optional), a time frame (required) and a condition set (required) (see the documentation link for more information on each parameter);
      • Start and Stop parameters are:
        • (Start node) Instance created
        • (End node) Instance completed
        • Entered step: <predefined set of values from workflow definition>
        • Left step: <predefined set of values from workflow definition>
      • Pause parameters are:
        • On step: <predefined set of values from workflow definition>
      • For time-frames, after an option is selected in a field, this option should be disabled in other fields to avoid selecting the same item;
      • The options from the Condition field are:
        • Asset type
        • Assignee name
        • Assignee role
        • Assignee organization
        • Requester name
        • Requester role
        • Requester organization
        • All remaining instances
      • Consider "requestor" as the user who initiates the process;
      • Consider the options from the operator field as:
        • Is equal to
        • Is not equal to
        • Contains
        • Does not contain
      • The calendar options are:
        • Full time (24/7)
        • Mon - Fri (9-5)

      Definitions of Done

      • Related tests created and passed successfully;
      • All Acceptance Criteria were passed;
      • Make sure that all system documentation were updated (if necessary);
      • Validated by QA, Product Designer and/or PM;
      • No critical issue related to Story scope (ex.: similar of a FP4, FP5 bug);
      • Code with peer review completed.
