Steps to reproduce:

1. Click plus button on navigation portlet
2. Add a widget page, you are redirected to configuration

Actual result:

If you click on cancel/save/back button you are redirect to layout admin portlet

Expected result:

If you click on cancel/save/back button you are redirect to the site
