Steps to reproduce:

1. Add a Document and Media portlet
2. Add a basic document
3. Add a comment and rating for it
4. Export the portlet and Download the lar file
5. Add a new site
6. Create a new page for the new site
7. Add a Document and Media portlet
8. Import the lar
9. Repeat the above stpes for Wiki

Actual result:
Comments and Ratings are not exported/imported in DM and Wiki

Expect result:
Comments and Ratings are exported/imported
