      Description

      Currently when a portlet is added to a page and later undeployed a WARN message is shown in the logs every time the page is accessed. The only way to remove the WARN message is to go to the db directly and remove the reference to the portlet, but that's not so easy to do.

      Instead a portlet 'placeholder' should be shown informing the administrator that the portlet is no longer available and allowing him to remove it.
