Steps to reproduce:

1. Use a portal bundle that has the Liferay Elasticsearch 6.5.0 connector deployed (bundles built off master and 7.1.x head qualify)
2. Download and set up an Elasticsearch 6.1.3 server to work with that portal bundle (instructions
3. Start up portal
4. Navigate to Control Panel > Configuration > Search

Expected result:
The message panel on top of the page reads "Search Engine: Elasticsearch 6.1.3" 

Actual result:
The message reads: "Search Engine: Elasticsearch 6.5.0"
