Can not find the magnifying glass after upload a PDF in DM

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Navigate to Documents and Media
2) Upload a PDF
3) After the preview is generated, click on the PDF and click the magnifying glass

Expected Result: You can find the magnifying glass and click it.
Actual Result: Can not find the magnifying glass.
